By using the QualifyMe application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

QualifyMe offers a software platform designed to streamline the hiring process for companies, allowing them to post job listings, manage applicants, and use AI-based hiring assessments. Our Services are offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) with three subscription plans: Basic, Professional, and Enterprise.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. If you are using QualifyMe on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

• To access certain features of the Services, companies must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for any activities that occur under your account.

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• QualifyMe offers subscription-based plans (Basic, Professional, and Enterprise) that companies may purchase.

• All payments are processed via Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method through Razorpay.

• Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

• Price changes for subscription plans will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.

• Post or transmit any harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.

• Attempt to interfere with or compromise the integrity of our systems or security features.

• Share or sublicense your account access with third parties.

• All content, software, and technology provided through QualifyMe (excluding user-generated content) is the exclusive property of QualifyMe or its licensors.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any portion of our Services without our express written consent.

Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree that QualifyMe may collect, process, and share data as outlined in our [Privacy Policy].

• Job applicant data, including resumes and assessment results, will be shared with registered companies on QualifyMe that are seeking to hire candidates.

• By submitting your data to QualifyMe, you consent to this information being made available to recruiters for the purpose of facilitating hiring.

QualifyMe may include links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., Razorpay for payments). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, for violations of these Terms or for any reason we deem appropriate.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease, and you must immediately discontinue use of the Services. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations to pay fees due for the remainder of your subscription period.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QualifyMe and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our liability for direct damages shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QualifyMe and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bengaluru.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services or legal obligations. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through email. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms
