How to Upgrade Your Account Plan on QualifyMe

This guide details the process of navigating to the account section, selecting an annual subscription, and proceeding to payment for a plan upgrade.


Navigate to Account Settings

From the dashboard, click on 'Account' in the left-hand navigation menu.


Initiate Plan Upgrade

On the 'My Account' page, click the 'UPGRADE' button to begin the process of changing your plan.


Select Monthly Billing Cycle

In the 'Plan Selection' view, ensure that 'Billed Monthly' is selected if you prefer monthly payments.


Choose Annual Billing Cycle

Switch to the 'Billed Annually' option to see the pricing for yearly commitment, which often includes a discount.


Select the Professional Plan

Click 'Select' under the Professional plan details to choose it for the annual billing cycle.


Skip Add-ons

On the Addons step, click 'Continue Without Addons' to proceed directly to payment without selecting any extras.


Review Checkout Details

Review the payment summary on the 'Checkout' page, confirming the Professional plan details and total payable amount.


Agree to Terms and Proceed to Payment

Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, then click 'Pay Now'.


Enter GST Number if Required

A pop-up appears asking for a GST number for tax credit purposes. Enter your GST number in the provided field if necessary.


Save the GST Number

After entering the GST number, click the 'Save GST' button.


Alternatively, Skip GST Entry

If you do not wish to provide a GST number at this time, click 'Do it Later' to close the prompt and continue.
