How to Navigate to Job Posts and Hire a Candidate

This guide shows the process of navigating to the 'Job Posts' section, selecting a specific job, viewing all applicants, and successfully hiring a candidate.


Navigate to Job Posts

Click on the 'Job Posts' option in the left navigation menu to view the list of job postings.


Select a Specific Job Post

Click on the 'Manual Tester' job title to view its details and applicants.


View All Applicants

Select the 'All (13)' tab to see the complete list of candidates who have applied for the 'Manual Tester' position.


View Candidate Application Details

Click on 'View Application' next to a candidate's name, in this case, Radhika Three, to review their profile and application status.


Initiate Hiring Process

Click the 'Hire' button to begin the process of marking the candidate as hired for the Manual Tester role.


Confirm Hiring Action

In the confirmation pop-up, click 'Confirm' to finalize the action of making the application hired.


Verify Application Status Update

Observe the success notification indicating that the application has been marked as hired, and check the updated 'Current Status' to 'Hired' on the candidate's profile overview.
