How to Configure Interview Settings on QualifyMe
This guide outlines the steps to access and configure the interview settings, including enabling interviews and saving general availability settings.
Navigate to Interview Settings
From the main dashboard, click on 'Interview Settings' in the left navigation menu to view the current settings.
Enable Interview Scheduling
On the Interview Settings page, locate the toggle switch next to 'Do you conduct interviews?' and click it to turn it ON, which enables interview scheduling.
Confirm Interview Settings Update
After enabling interviews, observe the confirmation message stating 'Interview settings updated successfully'. This indicates that the initial setting change has been applied.
Set General Availability Times
With interviews enabled, you can now set the 'General Availability' for each day of the week. In this step, the general availability for Monday through Friday is set to 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Save Availability Changes
After setting the desired availability, click the 'Save Changes' button to finalize and apply the new interview schedule.
